KeeFORCE Announces 2nd Annual Xtreme Business Makeover
Is your business reaching its full potential? Does your business struggle as a result of inefficient processes or outdated office tools? Would you admit that you “don’t know what you don’t know” when it comes to seeking solutions for your everyday challenges? Do you know what your company needs to thrive but lack the funding to take you there?
The Xtreme Business Makeover represents a partnership of 21 local companies dedicated to the success of businesses in the Purchase Area. The project aims to help one lucky organization “makeover” their business operations by taking them from ordinary to extraordinary! Emerging and flagship businesses are eligible to win the prize package of products and services valued at nearly $40,000!.
The contest is open to businesses in the Purchase Area with 3 or more employees who have operated for greater than 2 years as of January 5, 2012. The winner will be selected by an independent panel of judges based on demonstrated need, community involvement, and dedication to growing their business in the Purchase Area.

Congratulations to the 2011 Xtreme Business Makeover Winner!
On Wednesday, April 20, 2011, Riley Architect Services, a 6-year-old architectural firm in Mayfield, was selected as the winner of the first annual Xtreme Business Makeover contest hosted by KeeFORCE and a team of well-respected business partners.
The contest that ran from January through April was created to help energize a local business in the Purchase Area. The objective of the program was to showcase what local businesses have to offer the community, and to use those resources to help an existing business move from good to great. An independent panel of judges made up of five community & business leaders had the opportunity to cast his or her vote on five semi-finalists, with Riley Architect Services emerging as the winner of the $50,000 prize package.
Riley Architect Services will receive a host of goods and services that include cash, credit card processing services, free hotel rooms, review of business plan & marketing plan, newspaper ads, customer relationship management database design, e-marketing consulting, website design, IT services, financial life planning, on hold messaging, mailing services, free board room rental, design and printing of marketing materials, a cost of risk discovery workshop, office equipment, paper shredding services, promotional products, sign design and printing, communications audit, a gap analysis, and a review of tax structure and bookkeeping system.
"I have loved the idea of this contest from the first time I read about it," said, Don Riley, Founder of Riley Architect Services. "My thought at that time, which I repeated to my wife Elizabeth, was "this contest was created for US"! Obviously, the press would be good for all involved, but the prize package provides areas (some that we have been aware of and some that we have not) that would be required for us to move our company to the next level. With these resources, we feel we can realize our mission to better serve the clients we were put here to serve, increase the size of our company, and bless other people’s lives as well as our own. We will work to utilize these resources to improve our marketing efforts, production systems, management procedures and employment practices. This will allow us to better focus on service-which is what we offer to our clients. The praise and the glory go to God."
