FormIt for Automotive Dealer Example
The FormIt solution has several benefits and is applicable to many business processes. To draw a clear example we will use automotive dealers as our test case. The paper work required by dealerships and lending companies when purchasing a vehicle is enormous. Typically paperwork has the same required information and it is all paper based, which means double, triple and quadrouple data entry as well as additional data entry into the dealerships adjudication systems. This solution would automate the process, reduce data entry and feed data to the dealerships internal line of business systems.

Now dealers can enter all information about the customer into one form and have the data populated into several different deal jacket electronic forms such as: credit applications, odometer state, insurance Binder, New State Registration, Vehicle Service Contract (VSC), GAP contract as well as any other state or lender specific paperwork.

Since most of the paperwork within a deal jacket requires the same information (i.e. buyer name, address, telephone, credit, purchase vehicle information, etc) – FormIt can take one entry and populate the same information to all of the electronic forms listed above.

Other accompanying verification paper can be remotely scanned along with the web form submission. Typical verification documentation would include: Co-Signer's Driver's License, Co-Signer's Pay Stubs, Co-Signer's Utility Bill, Buyer's Driver's License, Buyer's Pay Stubs, Buyer's Utility Bill, Front & Back of Trade-In Vehicle Title.

Ultimately, FormIt reduces the need for paper. Everything is done electronically including the signature and delivery of the deal jacket to the lending institution.
