PDF ImportIt

PDFImportIt is a command line utility that can import PDF's on a scheduled basis while automatically indexing based on eight (8) PDF properties: Author, title, subject, creation_date, creator, producer and keywords.

PDFImportIt is typically used on a back file processes. In many cases customers file PDF's to a file system directory, then purchase a document management system and need to import these PDF's.

To automate the back file process, simply run PDFImportIt manually or automatically thru windows scheduler or Inflo. The eight PDF properties along with the PDF are automatically indexed into Fortis.
