KeeFORCE provides service that is prompt, knowledgeable and efficient! KeeFORCE’s Xtreme Support proactive maintenance program caught an issue we were having with our tape back-up drive on our server. The problem occurred over the weekend, and thus we would not have noticed it. A KeeFORCE associate suggested we run our cleaner tape through the server which resolved the issue. We were able to perform that function ourselves and continue using our server appropriately without a huge service call bill and without any loss of data. Any small business would be down for days without their computer server these days. This was a critical find and a simple fix that was caught quickly and dealt with appropriately.
